Early Riser’s Reward!
Rollins pond was a great destination. I actually had to make reservations at a pond view campsite the day they opened up reservations for the year in order to secure a pond campsite. We had some good close-by hikes here – summited Coney Mountain (1 1/2 mile uphill hike). It wasn’t as difficult as it sounds; children were scampering past us if that gives any indication of the difficulty of the climb. Great views from the top!

Quebec City
This was our only “city” destination. I loved visiting Quebec, it was a cultural highlight. Plus it was fun sitting around our campfire at night listening to all of the chatter in French! Do I love Quebec? Oui!
