Some of those events include the Jackson Hole Fall Arts Festival, plus the World Championship Snowmobile Hill Climb and road races like the Grand Teton Half-Marathon, Jackson Hole Marathon and LOTOJA 210-mile interstate bike race from Logan, Utah, to Jackson. We host large-scale music events such as the Targhee Bluegrass Festival, Jackson Hole Rendezvous music festival and Grand Teton Music Festival. Other events include WinterFest, Jackson Hole ElkFest and Antler Auction and the Mountain Man Rendezvous during Old West Days in Jackson Hole. And every year ends with torchlight parades and fireworks above the ski resorts.

HEADWATERS CAMPGROUND AT FLAGG RANCH

It is next impossible to beat this location if you’re looking for a place to camp while visiting two fantastic National Parks. The Headwaters Campground is located in the John D. Rockefeller Jr. Memorial Parkway, right in between Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks and only a few miles from each. Surrounded by stunning mountains and valleys, the campground features 24-hour showers, laundry facilities, tent sites, and pull-through RV sites with full hook-ups (including 20, 30, and 50 amp electricity). Each site has a fire pit and a picnic table. The only thing missing is some tall tales, which you’ll have to make up yourself.

TETON CANYON CAMPGROUND

Teton Canyon Campground is located in beautiful Teton Canyon at an elevation of approximately 6,500 feet. Driggs, Idaho is just 11 miles away. Hiking, backpacking and horseback riding are popular activities in this scenic region. The campground is situated along Teton Creek, with partial views of the nearby Teton Range. A dense forest of pine, spruce and fir covers half of the campground, providing nice shade. The other half of the campground is more open, with aspens and pines dotting the summer wildflower-filled meadows. A variety of wildlife makes its home in the area, including moose and deer.
